These are the basic terms for agencies that create a Formant account. Formant is in early access, so we keep them short. Questions? Email [email protected].

Your account

• Give accurate details about yourself and your agency, and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password private. You’re responsible for activity on your account.

What Formant does

We look for Shopify brands that fit what your agency offers and, when we think the fit is real, introduce you. Creating an account doesn’t guarantee a client or any number of introductions.

Fees

Creating an account doesn’t charge you anything. We agree pricing with you before onboarding begins, including any finder’s fee payable when a brand we introduce signs with you. Nothing is billed without those terms being agreed first.

Fair use

• Treat the brands we introduce you to professionally, and use their contact details only for that introduction.
• Don’t misuse the site, try to access other people’s accounts, or interfere with how it runs.

Ending things

You can ask us to close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may close accounts that break these terms.

Changes

If we change these terms, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
